What condition is the front panel? If you were to rate this from 1-10, 10 being perfect, what would this be? Are the bolt holes perfect on both sides? Is there any bend to the top rail? Any dimples from stuff sliding forward? No rust, right?

no rust, Ill give a good once over and get back to you on the overall condition.
