help with 6 lug to 5lug x 4--1/2
Hi all I have a question I have a 1969 long bed ¾ ton it is a 6 lug and I have a set of rims that I would like to use but they are 5 x 4 ½ what do I need to get to convert it to a 5 lug from a 6 lug thanks mike ooo and i will be dropping the truck to soon so if I have to get new parts it might be best if i do it all at the same time
I am new to all this so bear with me… thanks mike |

Find a local machine that can drill a 5 bolt pattern. They charge $50 a side here, you pull, that drill a 5 bolt, and fill in where the 6 where. $200 isn't bad IMO.

Wheel adapters are ok if the extra inch-ish doesn't hurt you.

Maybe you all can help me find all the how two's on the web site. I have looked but only can up with 1 or 2
is there a how to spot or must i search all over the place to try to find them. (like) what parts I need to do a disk swap how to z the frame what spring to swap in the back and the fount to lower it.......... well you get the point that i am trying to make thanks for any help.
