What rims/wheels are 5 x 4.5 for my panel truck?

My 68 chevy panel truck has had a conversion from a malibu or something and the current rims are 5 x 4/5.
What other cars/trucks/suv's have this bolt pattern and would look nice on it/
Opinions,suggestions?
I'm pretty open. Not gonna be lowered too much but i do have rear bags that are untested and I think the front springs are cut one coil off.
ANy help on the bolt patterns gang?

I have a 95 Jeep wrangler that is 5x4.5 So all YJ jeeps (1987-1995) will have that bolt pattern.

Five on 4-1/2 is Ford passenger, Most rear wheel drive Mopars and a few others I believe. Also most of the old American Motors rigs if memory serves correctly.

Malibu is 5 on 4-3/4.
The pre metrics had 7/16 studs and lug nuts.

I know that rangers/explorers, mustangs, and jeep cherokees are. And I think that most 5 lug GM cars...If I remerber right.

Hmmm...you dont say what kind of "panel" you have, but perhaps someone swapped out a Ford Mustang II front and an 8" differential.
(4 1/2") Lots of Mustang wheels on Craigslist at bargains, but check backspacing for your application.
Folks use what they have......but most chevy guys would have used GM swap components ( 4 3/4") Again, Craigslist or ebay or u-pull-it yards gives you (sometimes) easier wheel choice than the 5x5 we look for. Be sure of the bolt pattern b4 you put your money down, folks do not like to give $$$ back on used parts. Summitt racing and others sell a bolt pattern gauge for a couple bucks that save lots of hassle-

The bolt pattern is Passenger car Chevy 4 3/4. I know. I installed it in the panel when i owned it.

The front disc kit was bought from Chevy Duty years ago. It uses stock spindles and incorporates Monte Carlo peices to be able to use the small bolt pattern.

I bought the disc kit in like,.......1991 i think. Had it on my "fine69" for years before i put it on the panel. I swapped the whole front suspension over to the panel.

Pretty sure i used Monte Carlo brake hoses too. The frame brackets should have come with it when you got it.

As for the rear i took the axles out and had them redrilled for the car pattern. And the center hub on the axles was turned down as it was too large for the Z28 wheels i had planned for the project.

OH yea, I think you might want to check the title. I am sure it was a 70 panel. Last year made.

Mike, yeah i shoulda asked you first. forgot you had this vehicle too at one point. Anyway, thank you for all the information, that is exactly what i wanted to know. My demo derby buddy has a couple of sets of rims and tires he took off some s-10's, a camaro and rangers and i didnt remember what size the hubs were.
