69 to a 67

I have a 69 gmc with the chrome trim on top of the front grill and the 2 trim pieces around the front edge of the fenders I like the look of the 67 if I take off the top grill trim and fill the holes from the side trim pieces and get a 67 hood will it work together? and look the same as a 67 and what other parts would be needed to make it look like a factory 67

Re: 69 to a 67

assuming you are talking GMC...
You'll need the hood latch and possibly the core support, the grill (one year only item), grill top bar, the fenders and bedsides.
If your truck has side trim, you'll need to get rid of it since it was all a new style in 69.

If you are satisfied with a 68, then you won't need the new grill, fenders, nor bedsides.
