Need help with a rear disk conversion

Well here it goes. I have a 68 short fleet 2wd that I am going to be starting on in a few months. I was wanting to just make it a rat rod, nothing real serious. My dad found me a 72 5 lug truck with front disk and got the whole truck for a couple hundred after one of his buddies wrecked it. Then yesterday I was talking with another buddy and told him that I would love to put 4wheel disk on it but could not afford to rite now. My buddy then went to his shop and pulled out an old box that had an entire rear brake set up that he had taken off a 1995 Caprice police car. He had even gone to the trouble to take the hard lines off the rear and keep them. He gives me all the parts and said I was thinking about throwing this away but figured someone could use them. My question is, what else do I need to complete this conversion on my truck? I will post pics of the parts as soon as I can get the camera from my wife! Thanks for the help guys!

Re: Need help with a rear disk conversion

Once you have a proper bracket to mount the caliper then the rest should be fairly easy to install.
