BOTH trucks look great! Are there hard panels under the vinyl cover or is it just stretched real tight?

Al, I see the three support bars. Is the white part the underside of the vinyl? I'm assuming the vinyl is stretched over the bars and snapped to the framing?? Thanks

The underside of the cover is the white part and yes it does wrap around the outer frame, it has like a plastic hard strip that slides under the outer frame.
