What pressure gauge setup?
Well, time for air pressure gauges, but which ones? I was going to use two 2in gauges, they are cheap, and easy I stalled. I have a switchbox, AVS 7, fbss setup. I was noticing the digital gauges, or the ones with two gauges and 4 swtches but it's not enough really. Under $300 for two dual needle gauges, or something that would work for me, what's out there. I'd rather spend $300 and under, but just depends. I want gauges but also need interior work lol.

If you have a f.b.s.s. set up and the switch box already. You could just get two dual needle gauges and be good to go. You could even get a single needle one for the tank too if you would like. But no need to get a whole set up with switches if you already have them.

Re: What pressure gauge setup?
It would be the easiest route. I don't like my switchbox because it sits on my seat beside me but I have hit a switch before and I'm afraid I'll hit it going down the road. If I had somewhere it hang it or something then that would help. It's bounced of the seat before also, I tend to keep it in my right hand while turning but I have to air up to turn anyways.

Re: What pressure gauge setup?
Hey, I like the blue ones in the cluster. That's the setup I first looked into so that's what I'll get.

Re: What pressure gauge setup?
Quick question, the first ones use a 1/4 air line and the bottom post (digital) use wires and no air line? I like the idea of no line running thru the firewall, less chances of a air leak or failure.

Re: What pressure gauge setup?
Correct, the digital gauges use pressure sensors that send the reading to the gauge. Its all electrical, so no need for airline.

It may be a lot more for digital but I like the idea of all the bags plus tank pressure in one gauge and no air line to break. I'd rather go digital, they just look cooler too. Thanks for the help Jason. |

Re: What pressure gauge setup?
I run a dakota digital pressure gauge and love it compared to my old 2 needles. Much easier to read at a glance and keeps the lines out of the cab.
