Could I have a bad new master brake cylinder?

I got a rebuild master brake cylinder and booster for my 72 truck. Now it seems I get bleed through to the front reservoir. The front reservoir over flows and the back reservoir empties out over time. At first I thought it was the exhaust pipe rubbing the brake line but I think I fixed that.

So I was wondering if Im slowly “pumping” the brake fluid to the frount.
