HI, the lower half of the fuse block does not light when using circuit tester. There are four fuses in the bottom half. What can be the problem and is there a fuse for the fuse block? Also is it true with the key on or off some fuses get current? Need help.
thanks in advance frankyjoe |

yes there are some fuses that are hot when the ign switch is in the off position. have you tried checking the fuses with the ign switch on and then with the switch off??
