Re: the biggest k5??

the engine isnt quite done yet,it is actually a 6.0 bored and stroked to a 408cid small block, should net me close to 525 hp and tq #'s,be dependable and be able to handle a small shot of the juice on top of it all.

for now there is a basicly stock 5.3 with some fuel system mods and computer tune to get the truck moving.
engine parts are wiping out the reserve $$

Re: the biggest k5??

The hood isnt so bad with two guys standng on the tires.

the top however will be a different story.
i dont have a hardtop, not sure if a softtop will fit with my cage.i am looking for a nice hardtop to put on.

will prob use either forklift or loader to put on and off.

They really arent that bad,i dont have any good pics of em on here yet,im making my driveshafts tonite actually.
with the 2.5 ton case clocked horizontally and the toploader axles.
i am using 5ton driveshafts with rather large ujoints.

the shortwheel base has been one of the biggest challenges with building my drivelines but i think ive got ot worked out, should be runnin and moving next week!
