front crossmember/saddle, brake booster/mc/line, power steering stuff, and the rear end are a few that come to mind.

You could also nab the distributor if you're still using a points style

It's definitely worth $100 for those parts. You could probably make your money back scrapping it after you get the parts you need.

Any good body parts could also be sold/traded to a "Square Body guy".Maybe interior too.

full guage cluster with or without a tach (not a dummy light set up)
tilt
rear axle
front suspention
Any other 'nice' options
Being you are in Nebraska, i doubt there's any sheet metal left.

the body is straight and pretty rust free. what kind of mods could be done? like to convert to five lug. hopefully axles eill swap. what is the deal with the saddle? Is that for the newer motor mount swap?

Re: quick, what parts would be useful off 77 chevy 1/2t??

the body is pretty straight with little rust. what conversions could I make? I have front disc on my 70 but would like to swap to 5 lug. Will the spindles w/ rotors swap? And hopefully rear axles would swap out. What is the deal with the front crossmember? Would that allow the newer motor mount swap? Any other ideas besides the power brakes and steering?

Re: quick, what parts would be useful off 77 chevy 1/2t??

You could put new ball joints for the 77 in the arms you have now and run the 77 spindles to get 5 lug. That entire crossmember will swap also. I think you have to drill two holes, and the others will line up. I believe that will get you the new motor mounts you speak of. I think there is an easier way to get the newer style motor mounts without swapping crossmembers, though.
