looking to buy '73 and up 4x4
I am looking to buy a 1973 and up chevy 4X4 (swb). I am looking for something that has been beaten and battered. I want to build a rock crawler. I am looking in CA, OR, NV, or AZ. I was wondering what the price would be. I would like one with the motor, tranny and t-case. As far as the rest of the truck I don't care what it looks like. Thanks Landon

Hey, I will even be going from Bend, OR to Redding, CA next week for Kool April Nights (heading down April 10-12) and could possibly help you haul it down for gas $$...

There is a truck on auto trader(collector car trader) for $2200. According to the ad, it says it has 1 ton axles. It would need alot of work, but it has a few nice things on it.
If I had the money(& if it was actually a 60 front), I would pick it up, take the 15" lift off, take the bed off & cut the frame down to a blazers wheelbase. Then I would have a decent off road only, rock crawler that I wouldn't care about damage cause it's already basically totalled. http://adcache.collectorcartraderonl...6/44765116.htm |
