Buy an 8 foot length of 18 gauge cold roll about 8 inches wide or whatever width you want to tub and slice your wheelhouses in half between the boltholes and butt/stich weld it back together. Don't know on leaf springs but I know narrowing the frame, boxing the inner wheel lip straight up and adding a 4 link you can go with 16 wide welds and 18 wide m&h with 4 1/2" backset and still change the tire with the jack under the rearend instead of the frame.
