I'm living in Yreka right now. I had no problems getting my 69 registered. As for any other newer vehicle it is a one time only smog inspection for now.

I live in Colorado and the state is (like many states) really hurting for money. Our wonderful governor just signed increase registration fees into law. So, I have this old homebuilt utility trailer (Nissan frame/bed) and last year it cost the princely sum of $13.17 to register. Just got my renewal form in the mail...it's gone up to $39.67!!
