Rochester Carb number 7029207
The best I have been able to find so far is this is a Rochester off of a 69 Corvette 427 that was on my truck.
ANyone else use this carb? will it be ideal for my truck or maybe part of the problem? I am not sure what all the difference would be between this one and the one that came on the truck. |

If the numbers say it's from a corvette 427, sell it and have Sean Murphy Induction custom build a Q-jet for your specific application. Then take the left over money and take your truck on a long trip so you can enjoy how sweet it now runs.

I would run a Holley 750 cfm or one of the new Summit carbs that are also made by Holley and are a knock off of the Holley 4010, which was a knock off of the old Autolite 4100.
