So I had this great Idea id just scuff my floors shoot some bedliner on her and throw down some insulation and carpet... Sounds good huh well if only it went that smooth.. I must say that now my floors are solid and have no bondo or rust holes anymore... I used shake and shoot for the bedliner and I must say it works really well and looks great,however one kit will not do a whole blazer floor and thats not including the sides... I did how ever order my fat-mat 100 sq ft and it did not quite make it all the way.. How ever the difference in the squeaks and rattles and heat is just awesome.. On to the pics..

Looks good with the bed liner. Hope it doesn't rust from the other side.

I noticed you put the mat on the tailgate - do you have carpet or a panel cover for that area?

I do not have carpet for that area but acc will sell me extra material for that area..

If your using the dupicolor that wal mart sells good luck thats what I sanded off.. I bet it would work of if it was covered but mine just flaked off after awhile of u v light..

I dont remember what the brand was it was real easy to do and all i did it like 3 or 4 months ago it hasnt had a top on it since it still looks the same as it did when finished well see how it looks in a year or so

Looks great - how much time did it take start to finish?

I was going to clean up the floors on the Blue one I got and throw down a layer or two of the Master Series Coating (www.nomorerust.com) to fill in the pits and paint over it.

Not sure if I will put carpet down over that - since carpet seems to hold moisture and leads to rusting in these parts...
