Some pictures of my latest remodel
The pictures are from my phone so they are not that good. I am going to take more after I am done. I still have the bathroom that needs to be finished. The blue on the stove is just the protective coating.

Re: Some pictures of my latest remodel
Very nice all of the way around. I especially appreciate the lighting top and bottom. The walls between the counters and cabinets (backsplash?) are really nice too.

Re: Some pictures of my latest remodel
If it is different from the walls in the rest of the room...it is a "full height" backsplash. Since the opposing wall (left of the stove) seems to be painted, one would assume that the rest of the room is the same? It may not be the "traditional" matching 4" splash, but it is a backslash.

Re: Some pictures of my latest remodel
I do this for a living. That is not my kitchen. My kitchen looks like crap. The cabinets are out of the box. I pretty much did everything except the sheetrock (I really don't want to do that anymore), rough plumbing, and the granite install. That is real granite. The floor is Bamboo. I was able to get that for $1.80 a sqft. They are Hallogen Puck lights. Soon I will have better pictures with a better camera.
The stuff you can't see are the orignial waynes coating on the other wall. There are 4 colors in that kitchen. You can't see the darker green on the bottom and the ceiling is white. I will take some pictures of that Monday when I am there. You can see in the 3rd picture that i still have to cut out for the exaust flue fot he stove. The sheetmetal is still sitting on top of the cabinets.

Re: Some pictures of my latest remodel
That is a good looking job. Did your customer have an archetect or designer? or did you do the lay-out/planning phase?
I know how that goes, I work in a cabinet shop myself, and my kitchen is a mess too. It is a nearly 80 year old house that has had a few additions. I have done quite a bit of interior work, leaving the kitchen for last. Maybe next summer? |

Re: Some pictures of my latest remodel
I think I am giving up on doing this work anymore. I can't seem to get any and my body hurts. This was done earlier this year.
