I concur (see my post "Chevy Duty = Awful".
I have used them a lot in the past for parts for my '52 (weatherstrip, patch panels...) and have always been pleased. Now, I've been waiting for over a month for parts because of an order entry problem (of course, they waited for me to call to find out where the heck my parts were before they told me what was going on). Their parts are okay, but their service stinks with a capital PU! |

I requested a catalog via Chevy Duty's web site and it showed up 3 days later. I am only familiar with them and Jim Carter in Kansas City. Sounds like I will give them the benefit of the doubt on the first order. I will check out GMCPauls today!
