I would love to see how the right hand conversion was done. I found that video searching for a right hand drive green/silver suburban that was in a street truck or sport truck magazine last year.

The Burnout video is cool. Awesome rubber killing. That ranks right above a VW "Snow tire disposal" video I saw years ago. But this video left me with a question. If you are gonna run with no hood, why would you leave the hood latch and spring on? Does the guy usually have a hood on it and just took it off for this burnout? I guess that sort of thing just bugs me a little.
The Burban you posted up is really clean. A little over the top for me, but clean none the less. Link to the video I mentioned:

driveway, alot of times they run with no hood during the burnout due to easy access if theres an engine fire so theres no big heavy hood to try and open quickly. and in oz hoods for these trucks are hard to find so we really dont wanna damage them......
