What Master Cylinder to use with this Booster?

I got a great deal on this booster for BENDIX POWER BRAKE BOOSTER R2518644 92-93 CHEVY BLAZER to go into my 63 C20 with 72 disk brake front end. This is the booster that will bolt up to the adapter plate I got from CaptFab. I have been searching for a solution, and there seems to be alot of choices. I am not a big fan of the later model aluminum and plastic reservoir. What would you all recommend?

I'm pretty sure the '72 C20 master will work just fine. Does the booster have the pushrod for the master?

The unit is shipping to me, so I should know in a few days, guess I forgot to ask about that rod. If it doesn't I can probably get it from LMC or someone like that?
