'04 Silverado Radio Lights Out
I have a 04 Silverado with a single CD player radio and the back lights for the #1 & 2 station selection buttons are not light. I can't see them in the dark. Is there a way to replace these bulbs or do I need to look for a different radio?
Thanks

Re: '04 Silverado Radio Lights Out
I think they are soldered into the circuit board. So no bulb replacement possible. I know I have some out in the air controls, and when I took them apart that is what I found. So I'm sure the radios are the same. I just got used to them being dark.

Re: '04 Silverado Radio Lights Out
Yeah I was too when I took my air controls out! Then when I heard how much a replacement was I know which way is hot, and which way is cold. I don't need a light! In your case sounds like a perfect excuse for an aftermarket stereo!
