Saw these for sale at summit and jegs for about $90 and see no need to pay that much for some sheet aluminum so I made this myself. Only cost me $20 and got it all from home depot, Dropped my engine temp 10 degrees

I used 22 gauge but next time i'd use something more like 18-20 gauge. though the 22 gauge works fine just a little on the flimsy side. Think i'm gonna add some angle aluminum to the top and bottom of mine. it was a 24x38 piece sheet.

I saw that add for the sheet metal shroud kits. i also made my own, but with fiberglass....

Very nice! I was gonna use fiberglass as well but I prefer the look of and ease of workin with metal.

I took this pic of this nice fan shroud for a mechanical fan at Goodguys last weekend. Definitely took some time and skill, but I think it looked good. Not trying to bash on your shroud BMSJaX yours looks good as well, just a couple different ideas. Just thought I'd post this one for inspiration

I wish I had a tig welder and a brake and I would make some but I cant afford them. I made mine out of an old steel bed frame and sheet metal dont have it done yet but here is the frame work.

Ya wish i had a brake too! I used my hands and a sheet metal hammer with some clamps and a piece of steel flat bar....
