69 c-10 ls 6.0
I've been working on this project for about three weeks. I droped an ls 6.0 out of a 2004 -2005 2500 hd silverado in it. I kep it fuel injection, using old school 400 turbo with 2700 stall and shift kit. I went with the doug thorly headers which fit really nice (shon - Herron Performance). The wiring harness and computer i got through Howell EFI Performance. TCI flex plate and trans adapt motor mounts. I placed the computer in the glove box to make it look a little cleaner. I am building this project backwards theres alot of body work still to do. By the way it use to be a 4x4 truck hence the deer in the gauges and the 4 wheel drive boot in the floor. I'm loving the throttle response and the fuel mileage i believe to be around 18 mpg or better dont know quit yet.
Here is a link to more pics of my install hope the link works. http://s632.photobucket.com/albums/u...3682/?newest=1 |

VERY NICE! Seeing all of the LSX Swaps are making me want to go modern on my drivetrain...

Wow, talk about a sleeper truck, huh? Very nice. I love it.
And, welcome to the board.
