Finally got the Outside Visor Mounted...

It's 50/50 so far, either people like it or don't.
I was at a cruise-in this evening and an antique car purist was pissed that I had used an original aluminum car visor on my truck. I believe he said to his buddy that I "bastardized it" as he walked away!

What do you guys think, I wanted the semi bad-ass, mean look to it.

I like it
And when it comes right down to it...It all about you
If you like it
Dude at the cruise-in needs to keep his opinions to himself. I'm sure we could easily pick his ride apart, and I'm sure he wouldn't like it

I think your truck looks bad ass

Re: Finally got the Outside Visor Mounted...

Always liked the look of them. Who cares if it's an original or a Fulton or whatever. To me it just shows you did more work to make something not intended for that vehicle work.

And like Diesel said, the other guy should have kept his opinion to himself. It's one thing offering constructive advice on potentially dangerous items, it's another thing criticizing someone's execution of how they want their ride to look.

All that counts is if you like it! Forget about those who talk trash about someone's ride.

Looks great, what was the dickhead at the cruise driving? Probably his Mom's minivan.

Re: Finally got the Outside Visor Mounted...

It looks good. I want to put a visor on my truck but I'm to tall, I wouldn't be able to see out of my window.
