Hellwig Rear Anti-Sway Bar
Edit: Sold.
This anti-sway bar is #7549, which fits 84-87 C10 and C20 pickups, according to Hellwig. Hellwig's site says #7437 is needed for 73-83. I don't know what the difference is though. It is 1-1/8" in size. This is a great addition if your truck is still stock height. It works great if you tow, greatly reducing road walk and rear end sway. I had it installed on my truck and since I have it lowered 6" in the back no longer needed it. It is complete with no missing parts. I don't have the installation instructions, but it's pretty straight forward. I will be glad to explain how it goes on. Edit: Added it will also fit on C20's. $90.00 plus shipping.

You don't need a rear anti-sway bar when you drop 6"? Did it interfere with drop if you have left it on?

Most times, you have to flip the bar under the axle if the truck is lowered 6" or more.

Don't know if it interfered or not. I didn't put it back on to find out. I don't think it would though.
No, you don't need to flip the bar. No way you could flip this one. |

I have/had the same bar and mine was flipped (Lowered 7" out back). It's very simple and works great.

Now that you bring it up, and after looking at it, I guess it could be flipped.
Eric, you can get it. |
