5.3 question
on a cable drivin 5.3 do u need the gas pedal? reason y i am asking is the gas pedal is like welded or riveted in the firewall on the truck im taking apart. I know on the Drive by wire ones u need it but i didnt know if u needed the bracket and all or just the pedal and no bracket.

on my 72 the pedal pulls a cable to my throttle body. theres no braket just a hole in the pedal the the cable bolts to
