between my '82 and my '86, currently i'd say somewhere around $6K in both of them... the '82 is still scattered in pieces around the garage and the barn, and the trans swap in the '86 is almost complete. so far, i've got $500 in the '86, but that will change very shortly... needs bodywork and a set of duals!

Well..not including the original purchase price (I have NO idea what my dad paid for it in 1975...) I have about $5000 into my truck as it sits right NOW (and all that was spent on it in the last month! haha) I still gotta get it painted ($2000) then get the new interior ($500) and get the posi stuff done ($1000) THEN maybe I'll be closer to being done...

For now about 15k including the 2k I paid for the truck. But mine like many other trucks is not finished yet. It's just painted and now I've got to do the interior, the electrical system and brake system. Most of the parts for this are already in my possesion and are included in the above metioned amount.

Well, this is the second time re-doing my truck, If i added up both "resto's" plus the initial purchase price, plus all the times I have changed my mind after a purchase, I bet I am at about $20,000!
-Jeff BTW - still am not finished! |

Man I must be doing good!
I only have about $9,500 in both burbans together. That includes purchase for the trucks, lift and tires, radios. That also includes replacing the front end on the 85 after hitting a deer doing 70 and purchaseing 3/4 ton axles to go under it. I will admit there is alot more to do. I promised the other half, I would try to keep it below $20K to incude both burbans, when it was all said and done. I figure the frame off & crate Diesel for the 85 will put me over the mark. But lets keep that between me and you. We don't have to tell the old lady!:p

well my truck was free but ive got probably 2-3 grand in it. wheels, tires, drop, suspension rebuild, stereo, maintainance, etc.
probably will be about 10-15 thousand more when all is said and done. still have to get under the hood and the whole drivetrain, interior, and bodywork and paint. damn will that be fun

I am only at $2000.00 And it doesn't even run. The good news is that it only needs an engine, complete new interior, exterior, suspension and drivetrian, so I don't have that much more to spend. Wait......
