I think that is at the Syncrude oil sands mine. I remember a safety bulletin a couple years ago about that. The dump truck needed some maintenance and was parked and the operator thought it was finished and pulled ahead onto the Furd.

There is some HUGE equipment up there. The tires hang over the sides of a flat deck by a couple feet on each side when the haul them.
