block decoding question

I can't find this number on mortec or anywhere.... what it is it?

14084727 or 14004727 i can't tell and there might be one more zero in there...

Closest thing I came across was: 10054727...350...86-up...2 or 4...one piece rear seal, some "Made in Canada"

got it from another source using the front stamp. 92 350 fuel injected....Thanks for looking
