It is a GMC wheel from a later year truck. I used an impact and was afraid to tighten it any more. The nut went on enough that I could put the clip on the end of the shaft. I may just pull it off tommorow and try some never seize or grease on the splines? If its "normal" I will leave it but I am a little anal about things and want it right?!
