Drilling axles?????

I am wanting to go 5 lug because it will be cheaper for me than staying 6 lug and going disc all around. My plan is chevy impala rear discs and 72 stuff from parts store. All the front stuff( rotors, calipers, bearings, seals and hoses) 125.00 vs 175.00 for just the 6 lug rotors. I am wanting to know how much does it usually cost to redrill the axles for the 5 lug? Now I know you guys are thinking well then you wopuld have to buy wheels and your right but I have some 5 lug scabs. and I have more likable options that will fit my truck better than the wheels now. So mine might be for sale....
