Question about rear bumper brackets. HELP
Hey. I have some rear bumper brackets for sale on the board. 67-72 rear stepside sport bumper brackets.
Are they the same for 4x4 truck and regular 2 wheel drive on the rear? I have no idea. Hoping someone here could help me. I dont want to sell someone brackets if they are not correct. Thanks, Mike

Re: Question about rear bumper brackets. HELP
I checked some of my catalogs and they say that the inner ones (primary) are different between 2WD and 4WD from 67-72. In other words they will not fit trucks with leaf springs which of course includes 4WD. The outer (angled) braces are the same for all C-10 67-72 except shortbed trucks with auxiliary leaf springs. Plus the hardware kits are all the same. If you have a longbed or shortbed 2WD without the helper springs, LMC truck has a kit of 4 braces and hardware for $70. Hope this helps you out.
