Newbie and new to site.. 71' C20 Camper Special

Hey guys! I have been quietly watching and researching and will be picking up my new truck tomorrow. It is a 1971 C20 3/4 ton Camper Special. I have been into classic cars my entire life (I have a 1965 IMpala SS that is getting the body and paint done right now!) and am about to jump into classic chevy trucks head first. My new truck needs a bunch of work but is a great project. I plan on doing all the work myself, including paint, and getting this chev looking good. I see that many of you will be great resources and I look forward to getting to know you all.
Stay tuned for pictures in a build section, and updates on everything I will do. I will also look forward to suggestions!

Thanks!
Nick

to the board from Mid-MO!!!

You'll find this place to become your second home. There's tons of information, friends, parts, .... and so much more.

Can't wait to see what you are able to turn out with the C20, and even though the site is geared to trucks, we have to see that '65 SS! Check out the Alternative Tinkerings sections and post some shots of that SS.

Good luck with the rebuild!
