another 61 apache question???

Does anyone know of a company that makes bolt on transmission crossmember for the 61's. Trying to convert from a 4 spd manual to 700r4. I'd rather buy a bolt on than have to fab one.

Re: another 61 apache question???

Perhaps someone else will jump in if something has changed, but I've never found much of anything available in the aftermarket for the 60-62 driveline. No motor mount perches, trans adapters or rear suspension anything. Pretty much everything available is for 63-66 only. Perhaps someone that has installed a 700R4 in a 60-62 can offer some tips on how they did it.

That seems to be what I'm encountering now. Thanks for the conformation.
