Got some stuff done on my interior.
Spent parts of the last three days on this. Took advantage of the weather. Got these buckets out of a 1990 something chevy truck. The black carpet is speaker carpet from Wal-Mart. You can get it at Menards also. It's not contoured for the humps of course so it's a little hard to work with but I'm happy with it. Need an oppinion on the dash. I think I need to paint the glove box metallic like I did the gauge cluster. Should I do it?

More pics. The "sound deadeners" underneath the carpet are windshield covers from wal-mart. Cheap stuff. Used spray adhesive on the whole thing.

Re: Got some stuff done on my interior.
Looks great. The buckets are a good upgrade. I like the guage locations, too. We put them under our heater controls and the tach on the column drivers side face out, also. Keep it up. By the way, do you know what year truck you found the seats from was? Ours is quite worn and we're looking for a replacement bench

Re: Got some stuff done on my interior.
I don't know the year of the truck I got the seats out of unfortunately. The front end was torn off and there was no box either. Recognized it was a chevy by the dash and the center console.

Great job! I'm assuming that the seats didn't bolt right up or did they? Looks great!

Re: Got some stuff done on my interior.
Looks like you did a good job. If I might make a suggestion, Get an upholstered ceiling insert and the chrome trim kit for it. Makes the cab real cozy. Also I see you have the plain steel inside door panels. The interior looks real great if you upholster them. Just my .02.
