Question High Hump

Anybody know where one might be able to get his hands on one of those bolt in high humps for the cab on his 67? Someone butchered mine pretty good. It's a low hump and I was gonna cut the hump from a donor cab but since I will run a floor shifter I would like to have a high hump to bring the shifter up a little bit.

Thanks, Mike
