some trucks at local pick a part.

I just got back from a local pick a part. I saw what looks like a 68 c10 with disc brakes and 5 lug rear end. Of course I wasn't prepare and didn't bring enough tools. 50% off today. I could of had that rear cheap. Ohh well next time. Same truck had a goodwrench motor and shoulder belts. Are these belts factory or not? Rockers had some heavy rust so it was time to retire this truck.
Other one had a clean cab.
I picked a late 3rd gen master and prop valve for $19. I will try to make it work on my 64 a body.

I believe I would have snagged that tailgate. It looks to be in good shape and they are rare in saveable condition.I need a battery powered sawzall for the J/Y runs.

Are these shoulder belts factory or not? I might get some if it's a factory set up. Thanks

I'll second that on the tailgates, every one I ever find is beat all to hell.

Your picture is so dark you can't tell what they are. If the buckle has a big "GM" on it they are. If the buckle is just chrome, they're not. Sure would've liked to have gotten my hands on those rear disks though.

No they are not. THey are probably out of the square body s10. They mount easy and well and will work if you want 3 point belts. First truck looks to be a '72, so 5 lug is right for that year (71/72).

Looks like some nice sheetmetal there though. Have fun!!

Does that red truck have a heater delete or is the firewall just filled in? If so, I'm sure someone would really want it. (ME!)
