'49 Steering Box - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Tried to search, but maybe I am brain dead today.

My '49 steering box is leaking. Not sure if there is a kit to rebuild it, or if I need to replace the entire thing.

Any help would be great, still a rookie when it comes to these trucks.

I would also check with your local Napa, etc as often they can get those kind of parts.
