Re: LED HeadLights

If you compare that price to true HID's that's not crazy expensive.

The rear question is how well do they work? If they create a pure light that close to HID's then it's not too bad.

Re: LED HeadLights

I'll stick with my factory T-3's

For that kind of money, they better do a lot more than just light the road in front of me.

Re: LED HeadLights

I would not buy led head lights. i have a led flashlight which is 128 lumens which is pretty damn bright. you cant look at the light at all. the only problem is the beam on them sucks. a regular incandesent flash light has a way better beam. so if they compare to the performance of my flashlight its not worth it

Re: LED HeadLights

What would be the purpose of going with LED headlights? Does it allow you to cut back to a much smaller alternator or something? For $800 bucks I could come up with a lot more things for my truck to make it look pretty. I could buy a nice box of microfibre towels to clean the inside of my windshield so I could see better at night for one. LOL. Hell, I could almost pay for Laser surgery on both eyes so I could see better during the day too....
