From Primer to Gloss Black
It's been 3 horrible months of sanding but I finally got it. For my first time painting anything I went with black. The hood seems dull in the pics but they don't do it justice. wet sanding and buffing tomorrow. Some before and after pics. I'll post more after buffng and polishing

Re: From Primer to Gloss Black
I thought I would feel better when it was painted after 3 months of sanding every/all weekend. But now I have to wet sand, buff, and polish the entire truck. Well, I don't have to sand the entire truck but i'm going to just because. It's all slowly coming together I guess.

Looks great. Good job for first timer. All that sanding pays off in the final shiny finished product.

Re: From Primer to Gloss Black
Super nice job!! Now was the three months worth it?
As my grandfather always said: "If someone is looking that close to point out your flaws, hit them over the head with a shovel. Then they will learn to keep their mouth shut."
