Hello from South Texas!
Hey guys, I'm from south Texas and drive a 1988 silverado single cab short bed with a 5.7 350 v8. My mom is the original owner and gave it to me when I was in highschool, currently I'm 25 lol. I've been to this site multiple times looking for help on restoring my classic. On this site I learned that dropping the backside 2 inches with shackles was the way to go, umungst other things, I know this will be my second home and I'm sure that you guys will help me, and for that I'm grateful hope to hear from alot o ppl and make some new chevy lovin' friends I'll ne posting pics of my truck soon, once I clean my computer desk lol, laters everyone and hello from Texas! Ricky-

Re: Hello from South Texas!
to the board from Mid-MO!!!
You'll find this place to become your second home. There's tons of information, friends, parts, .... and so much more. Ricky, can't wait to check out your truck, and it's great that it's been able to stay in the family. Be sure to check out the project's section as we have a lot of great builds by members on this site.
