Well I went ahead and bought a wheel from another local member (thanks Harry) we put it on and I must say it looks like it belongs....Check out the picts....The one from the van went bye bye....

Hey Albert I vote for the chain wheel. That would set off your wheels nicely I do say, plus you could still drive with handcuffs on. Seriously do you know if any of the 50's wheels will fit our trucks. My gut feel is no, but thought I would ask.

I actually really like that wheel. I have never liked big steering wheels. Will be even better once the tilt column is in the truck. Have run the same wheel that Big Al had in his truck too.

No, it actually steers really easy. Nephew has the same wheel on his truck. Everybody gives me flack about having one that small. Buddy gave it to me for a b-day present cuse i liked it so much. It has been on numerous trucks through the years.
