Hey guys i got a 454 BBC that i've had sitting in the garage for a couple years and have decided to sell. It is in pieces currently. I bought the engine i beleive about three years ago with the intent to put in my 78, but since just put in a small block. Now for the engine. It is what i believe to be a 1976 2 bolt main 454. It has been bored .040 over. The reason its in pieces is because someone had the motor rebuilt, put about 10,000 miles on it and it dropped a valve. The guy i got it from had sent the block in had it cracked checked, hot tanked, and had new cam bearings pressed in it. The crank was turned .101 on the rods and .030 on the mains at some point. The crank itself i don't think is any good as it is pretty rusty again unless it can be polished. So basically whats included in the deal is the block, the crank, good set of heads, the .040 pistons, rods, new bearings, new rings, and new felpro gasket kit, oil pump, oul pan, timing cover, head bolts, cast iron intake, and there might be a few other odds and ends. I will try to get pics of in the next couple days along with casting numbers. Asking $500 for all.
