Cherry's jubilee is one of the central coast's nicest car show, if I cant make it to the 4th annual get together in Atwater (cause of work purposes) I will defetnely see ya in laguna seca, will be taking the blue 68, and girlfriend will take my 72 cheyenne....also try bringing the chopped 50th 68 so I can take a closer look

Re: Getting the Blazer ready for Monterey

Hum...that sounds like fun. I just moved here last year so I'm not too familiar with these local shows. Seems like the event is spread out throughout the area. I just went online and it seems BIG. Do you have to register your car to park? Also, where do you guys meet...in Monterey, Laguna Seca or Salinas?

My truck is in the paint shop for touch up so not sure if the painter is going to finish it by the weekend. If not, maybe I'll just get the truck back and postpone the touchup until after this weekend. That way I can go!!

This show is huge and tons of fun. I say go get that beautiful truck back and hang out with us there. we will be there Thurs. morning. Friday we park in the Wharf parking lot right where the the cars go by for the Cruise that evening. We just kick back and check out all the nice rides cruising. Saturday morning we head to Laguna Seca Show our vehicles, do some parade laps on the track. Then we head to Cannery row where they close the streets for a Awesome Show & Shine. Never a dull moment the whole weekend. Oh yes you must register to participate well worth the money.

PM me if you want I will give you my cell # if you want to hang out.
That goes for you Puropedo Also

Yes Jim this is one of my favorite shows I think its way better than the Pismo Beach Classic cause it is so spread out so it is not so crowded. And not to mention doing laps on Laguna Seca.

Your truck looks awesome to bad I didn't get to see more of it. It was just to hot at Laguna Seca so we just headed over to Cannery Row Where it was about 25 degrees cooler. We stood there till 11:00 pm.
By the way we will be going to Pleasanton for The Good-Guys show In Nov. maybe you can meet up with us there.
