That's a 5x5 rotor. You are measuring it incorrectly. (It's the diameter of the bolt circle)
It's the standard HD 1-1/4" rotor. Standard non-drop spindle. I would use 1973 as the "year" when purchasing parts. They seem to be a little cheaper than the 2-year only, 71-72 parts.
