Re: my 98' Streetrod build
Didn't think diameters....22's are out of my league. 20's? Maybe, but I'm really running Old Skool here and thinking smaller diameter. But, they wouldn't "look" like you want the overall theme to appear.

Re: my 98' Streetrod build
That thing is looking good!! I might have missed it but what kind of valve blocks are those?
And the paint color your thinking about with silver pinstripe would be very cool!! ![]() |

Re: my 98' Streetrod build
Thanks Scott,
I agree about the color. The valves are SMC billet blocks. The're pricey but since my crap is gonna be exposed,I wanted something more pleasing than the usual brass style plumbing. |

Re: my 98' Streetrod build
Thanks Scott,Appreciate it.
I was fitting the core support today and notching and drilling it for the cooling system. Trying to figure out some inner fenders... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Re: my 98' Streetrod build
I can see where those inner fenders will require some creative craftiness to accomplish. I guess that's why I see some w/o any, huh? Wouldn't be so bad if there was less drop on the travel, but then it wouldn't be what it is w/o that feature.
Lookin' good.

Re: my 98' Streetrod build
Thanks,
Its been done with both bigger wheels and body drops, trick is to make it eye pleasing but simple. I carved up a trailer fender but not sure I like the look...thats what most guys use. |
