gas pedal assembly?
i have a 69 with no gas pedal assembly, i know a guy that has a 72 complete gas pedal assembly, will this parts interchange? i was told the 69-70 had linkage, and the 71-72 had cable.

I think you can make it work but the mounting holes in the firewall are different and you have to make a square hole in the firewall for the cable retainer. LockDoc

The firewalls are actually different between the 69 and 71-72 (with the cable setup).
To convert to a cable style like the 71-72 the firewall will have to be "massaged" or replace the section. Jim
