Help passenger side Power window not working!
Hi all! Great site, My passenger side power window does not work, I verified current going to the motor with a test light in the plug that goes to the motor. The light comes on when I push the master switch but the motor does not turn . The motor is new, it turns when I hook it up directly to the battery. The passenger side motor works fine and the door locks work fine too. My truck is an 80 GMC. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!

Re: Help passenger side Power window not working!
Sounds like you're missing the ground. Hppk the test light up to the Pos. terminal and check the other wire @ the motor. Good luck to ya.

Re: Help passenger side Power window not working!
I guess the ground is the black wire that is grounded to the inner door panel. The metal is not shiny it is painted, should I sand off the paint?
