700r4 stall converter question

I have a 3,000 stall TQ in my truck and it works great. Under light throttle, it drives just like it did with a stock converter, it's just when you apply a little extra throttle that it spools up a little higher. My tranny is fine so far, I did adjust my TV cable a little farther out so it would hold the gears a little longer though. Hit me up if i can answer anymore questions. I hope this helped.
