Engine timming
What would the timming be for a late 60's 327 ?

Assuming that everything is stock, somewhere around 2 to 4 degrees before top dead center (BTDC) The marks on your timing tab probably show an "A" then a "0" and an "R".
These are: Advanced (BTDC) 0 zero which is actual top dead center (TDC) Retared (ATDC)
